Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager (MSP Per Client) to manage relationships with managed service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners to understand their business objectives and client needs
- Guide partners through onboarding, training, and support for new customer deployments
- Track customer usage patterns and conduct regular business reviews to drive engagement and identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partner-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or technology
- Understanding of channel partners and experience working with resellers or managed service providers
- Proven ability to manage multiple partner relationships and drive retention and growth
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for maintaining records and tracking opportunities
- Familiarity with IT or cybersecurity concepts is a plus
