Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive revenue growth through maintaining relationships with referral partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with new broker/agent virtual calls and presentations, and signing up new agents
  • Drive production of agent and broker channels through strategic planning and collaboration
  • Train new brokers and agents on products and services, and maintain CRM systems
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of relationship management experience
  • 2 years of experience in the payments industry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Advanced organizational skills relevant to business interactions
  • Experience in training and supporting agents/brokers
