Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive revenue growth through maintaining relationships with referral partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with new broker/agent virtual calls and presentations, and signing up new agents
- Drive production of agent and broker channels through strategic planning and collaboration
- Train new brokers and agents on products and services, and maintain CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of relationship management experience
- 2 years of experience in the payments industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced organizational skills relevant to business interactions
- Experience in training and supporting agents/brokers
