Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Territory Manager for the TN/MO region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team that partners with district-level educators and conducts regular account reviews
- Address educator concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution and supporting new implementations
- Identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for expansion, collaborating with sales and professional development teams
Required Qualifications
- College degree, preferably in Education or Marketing/Business
- Previous experience in supporting or serving within district-level leadership
- Experience in a Customer Success function
- Leadership experience within the K-12 space is preferred
- Comfortable using technology and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
