Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Territory Manager for the TN/MO region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team that partners with district-level educators and conducts regular account reviews
  • Address educator concerns, ensuring timely issue resolution and supporting new implementations
  • Identify at-risk accounts and opportunities for expansion, collaborating with sales and professional development teams
Required Qualifications
  • College degree, preferably in Education or Marketing/Business
  • Previous experience in supporting or serving within district-level leadership
  • Experience in a Customer Success function
  • Leadership experience within the K-12 space is preferred
  • Comfortable using technology and applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
