Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager for the Miami market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify restaurant operator expectations and create success plans
  • Execute proactive account management and nurture advocacy with restaurant partners
  • Maintain deep product knowledge and identify engagement opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant or F&B operation
  • 2 years of customer or client-facing experience
  • Must reside in Miami, Florida, and be able to travel in-market as needed
  • Proficiency with data analysis preferred (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel)
  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Office Suite is a plus
