Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
  • Champion AI productivity training and security offerings to drive adoption and enhance partner revenue
  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning BSN solutions with partners' business models and growth goals
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably in channel sales or MSP
  • Strong understanding of the MSP business model and a passion for partner success
  • Experience in selling technical and strategic solutions, including screen-sharing demos
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
