Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
- Champion AI productivity training and security offerings, driving adoption and results for partners
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing consultations and running virtual meetings to showcase product updates and strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably in channel sales or the MSP space
- Deep understanding of the MSP business model and a passion for partner success
- Experience selling technical and strategic solutions, including conducting screen-sharing demos
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
