Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive partner engagement and revenue growth in the cyber protection sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct territory analysis and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
  • Train and support partners on product offerings and facilitate their onboarding and enablement
  • Drive partner satisfaction and manage the partner lifecycle while achieving revenue growth and retention goals
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry, preferably in channel sales or partner account management
  • Proven experience in a cyber security company with a strong understanding of industry practices
  • In-depth channel and field sales experience with knowledge of the cloud market business model
  • Strong internal customer focus and a high level of discipline in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
