Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Role Owner - Partner Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a global community of Partner Success Managers, developing best practices and processes to ensure success
• Create and deliver content for community engagement while fostering a positive user experience
• Coordinate relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance community management and engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 6+ years of experience in related roles, or equivalent experience
• Master's Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in related roles, or equivalent experience
• Experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, or human resources
• Proven ability to manage community engagement and relationship-building efforts
• Understanding of key performance indicators and reporting for community health and engagement
