Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Success Manager to join their Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
- Champion AI productivity training and security awareness platforms to drive partner adoption
- Run virtual meetings to showcase product updates and pitch relevant add-ons to improve outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably in channel sales or the MSP space
- Deep empathy for the MSP business model and a passion for partner success
- Experience selling technical and strategic solutions, particularly through demos or business reviews
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a high-velocity environment
