Job Summary
Partner Success Manager is a full-time, salaried position responsible for driving partner success by delivering tailored support and resources to a tiered ecosystem of certified partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts tiered business reviews and strategic sessions to assess partner performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develops and executes tiered partner success plans with established goals and performance expectations
- Monitors partner health metrics, implements interventions for at-risk partners, and ensures compliance with tier agreements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in partner success, channel management, or account management with a focus on driving partner growth
- Proven track record in designing or managing tiered partner programs
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, partner portals, or CRM tools for managing partner workflows
- Consultative approach to building long-term partner strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently without direct supervision
