Job Summary
Supporting and growing relationships with major merchant partners, the full-time Partner Success Manager will serve as the primary relationship owner, driving strategy and operational success while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the success and growth of the largest merchant partnerships
- Build executive-level relationships and act as a trusted strategic advisor to key partners
- Monitor merchant performance and proactively drive operational and business improvements
Required qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnerships
- Experience managing large, complex, or enterprise-level merchant/vendor relationships
- Strong industry expertise within fuel, trucking, logistics, or related ecosystems
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and analytics/reporting tools is a plus
