Job Summary
Managing partner accounts in a hybrid environment, the full-time Partner Success Manager will drive onboarding, strategic engagement, and business reviews to ensure partners realize maximum value and revenue from FranklinCovey's offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee partner onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive results and conduct regular business reviews for performance and expansion opportunities
- Co-create multi-year partner account plans and influence account revenue forecasting and pipeline management
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise partner or channel sales
- 3+ years of account or project/program management experience
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
