Job Summary
To support the growth of partner relationships, the full-time Partner Success Manager will manage strategic partnerships, drive engagement, and enhance the adoption of solutions for partners and their clients in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain contact with key stakeholders to strategize engagement, training, and client onboarding efforts
- Provide ongoing consultative support to partners to expand their payments business and increase the iATS/ISV footprint
- Lead relationship management initiatives and special projects to enhance the adoption of iATS/ISV Payments solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
- Experience in sales and growing pipeline partners
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- 6 years of experience in the payments industry is preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously
