Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of partners, the full-time Partner Success Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of partner relationships, focusing on onboarding, adoption, renewal, and growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational priorities
  • Conduct structured discovery to develop actionable success plans and identify growth opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Manage renewal forecasts and account health, proactively addressing risks and maintaining accurate documentation
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partner success, account management, or customer success, preferably in EdTech or SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing a partner portfolio with accountability for retention and revenue KPIs
  • Strong operational skills to prioritize competing demands across multiple accounts using data-informed strategies
  • Technical proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), integrations (LTI, API), and CRM tools (Salesforce) preferred
