Job Summary

Owning a dynamic portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will act as a strategic growth advisor, guiding partners to deepen adoption of BSN's offerings and unlock new revenue opportunities through consultative selling and product education.

Key responsibilities
  • Grow Partner Accounts by expanding a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
  • Drive Adoption of AI & Security Offerings by championing BSN's training and compliance solutions to enhance partner and client outcomes
  • Deliver Demos & Strategy Sessions to showcase product updates and pitch relevant add-ons to improve partner revenue
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably in channel sales or the MSP space
  • Deep understanding of the MSP business model with a passion for partner success
  • Experience in selling technical and strategic solutions, including conducting screen-sharing demos
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and strong organizational skills
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
