Job Summary
To drive growth for Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will manage a dynamic portfolio, providing strategic guidance, product education, and consultative selling to enhance partner adoption of BSN's offerings and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and expand a portfolio of SMB and mid-market MSPs through proactive outreach and strategic guidance
- Champion BSN's AI and security offerings, driving adoption and positioning underutilized modules for partner success
- Conduct impactful virtual meetings to deliver demos, guide implementation, and pitch relevant add-ons to improve outcomes
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in a partner-facing or account management role within B2B SaaS, preferably with experience in channel sales or the MSP space
- Deep understanding of the MSP business model and a passion for partner success
- Experience selling technical and strategic solutions, particularly through screen-sharing demos or business reviews
- Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with strong organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
