Job Summary

Driving the onboarding process for new partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will ensure a world-class experience for approximately 10 partners each week, focusing on license deployment, account health, and proactive support.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the onboarding of roughly 10 new partners weekly, aiming for 85% to be fully operational within 16 days
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and assist accounts with low license deployment
  • Conduct post-action check-ins with partners after security incidents to provide support and translate experiences into value for their clients
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account coordination, or enablement roles
  • Experience within the MSP ecosystem and knowledge of cybersecurity is a significant advantage
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A collaborative mindset for seamless teamwork across internal departments
  • Proven ability to meet measurable goals and take ownership of the partner experience
