Job Summary
To support its expanding Partner Success team, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will manage a portfolio of partners, focusing on driving partner satisfaction, retention, and business growth through effective relationship management and creative engagement strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a book of business consisting of several hundred partners, aiming to maintain and grow relationships while minimizing churn
- Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and partner adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals related to partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, preferably in sales or customer success
- Knowledge of the MSP space, ideally within the cybersecurity industry
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a hyper-growth environment
- Proven ability to execute customer success strategies across all accounts
