Job Summary
Owning the post-integration experience for a portfolio of partner accounts, the full-time Partner Success Manager will guide partners to measurable success, drive platform adoption, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the post-integration experience and serve as the primary point of contact for partners
- Drive platform adoption through training, business reviews, and proactive monitoring of partner health
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities to ensure high retention rates and increased revenue generation
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Strategic Partnership roles, preferably in payments, fintech, or SaaS
- Strong understanding of payment processing fundamentals and fintech ecosystems
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts with measurable retention and growth outcomes
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and business intelligence software
