Job Summary

Building and nurturing strong relationships with global partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will identify and recruit new partners, drive retention of existing ones, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure partner success and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit new partners within Xray's ideal partner profile
  • Build and nurture relationships with software vendors, resellers, and consultants
  • Track partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive growth
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management in the software industry
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong business acumen
