Job Summary
Building and nurturing strong relationships with global partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will identify and recruit new partners, drive retention of existing ones, and collaborate on go-to-market strategies to ensure partner success and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new partners within Xray's ideal partner profile
- Build and nurture relationships with software vendors, resellers, and consultants
- Track partner performance metrics and provide insights to drive growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or account management in the software industry
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong business acumen
