Job Summary
As a full-time Partner Success Manager, the successful candidate will manage relationships with mid-market and enterprise school and district partnerships, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and family engagement while working remotely and regularly onsite in Miami, Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and nurture impactful relationships with school and district partners to align goals and maximize integration of TalkingPoints
- Guide onboarding and product adoption for new partners, collaborating with the Data Integration Team to ensure successful implementation
- Monitor partner family engagement trends and collaborate with partners to optimize implementations and achieve success goals
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an account management role within a technology company, working with mid to senior-level stakeholders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish to meet the language needs of the Miami community
- Experience using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, along with collaboration platforms like Slack and Zoom
- Background in K-12 education and familiarity with underserved communities
- Ability to work onsite regularly at district offices and school campuses in the Miami area
