Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

Championing the success of referral partners, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will oversee onboarding, activation, and ongoing relationship management while ensuring partners have the necessary resources and support to connect individuals with specialized behavioral health services.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned referral partners, guiding them through onboarding and relationship management
• Design and improve referral workflows, partnering with Marketing and IT to enhance the partner experience
• Monitor and analyze referral activity and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and improve engagement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field
• Demonstrated success in building and managing partner relationships in a healthcare or regulated industry
• Proficiency with CRM or partner management platforms and experience using AI tools to enhance productivity
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and marketing automation tools
