Partner Success Manager

Job Summary

To support the integration of genomic data in clinical practice, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager will engage with stakeholders, facilitate onboarding, and ensure effective utilization of clinico-genomic datasets and associated tools.

Key responsibilities

• Support partners and customers in engaging with clinico-genomic datasets, tools, and platforms
• Prepare and maintain onboarding materials, including user guides and orientation presentations
• Gather and incorporate client feedback to refine data solution design iteratively

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role such as sales engineering or a related technical applications role
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of cloud-based data management and analysis
• Experience with large-scale genomic datasets and familiarity with statistical genetic techniques is a plus
