Job Summary
As the primary contact for managed service providers, the full-time remote Partner Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) will manage partner relationships, oversee onboarding and enablement, and drive adoption and revenue growth across their client portfolios.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MSP partners to understand their business objectives and client needs
- Guide partners through structured onboarding and training for new customer deployments, ensuring long-term success
- Track customer usage patterns and conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and growth
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or partner-facing roles, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Understanding of channel partners and experience working with resellers or managed service providers
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct business meetings and manage relationships in both languages
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for maintaining records and pulling reports
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet targets and drive partner success
