Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Success Specialist to drive partner integration throughout onboarding, implementation, and growth stages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the integration process for a portfolio of partners in the Travel and Retail industries
  • Collaborate with the Integration team and internal stakeholders to improve processes and mitigate integration risks
  • Manage the Salesforce pipeline for the Partner Success team and track project status using project management tools
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in travel, travel technology, or fintech industries
  • Experience managing external relationships in project management or account management roles
  • Demonstrated project management skills with cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, and G Suite
  • Aptitude for making organizational improvements and implementing new initiatives
