Job Summary

- Track implementation progress, identify churn risks, and develop strategies to enhance customer retention
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related fields
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM solution is preferred
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
