Job Summary
Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, the full-time remote Partner Success Specialist will manage onboarding and implementation for new and renewing partners, ensuring they realize the value of the company's solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Key responsibilities
- Provide "White Glove" customer service during onboarding and implementation for partners
- Conduct engaging training sessions and webinars to prepare customers for product launch
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and develop strategies to mitigate churn risks
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field
- Experience with Teaching Strategies products and services is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM solution is highly desired
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver excellent customer experiences
