Job Summary
Providing exceptional onboarding experiences, the full-time remote Partner Success Specialist will manage the implementation and onboarding of new and renewing partners while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through effective training and support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver "White Glove" customer service and manage the onboarding process for new and renewing partners
- Conduct engaging training sessions and webinars to prepare customers for successful product adoption
- Monitor customer adoption metrics and develop strategies to mitigate churn risks and enhance retention
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Onboarding/Implementation, or Account Management
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or a related field
- Experience with Teaching Strategies products and services is highly preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce or another CRM solution is desired
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences
