Partner Support Associate

Job Summary

Providing essential support to the Channel Sales team, the full-time remote Partner Support Associate will manage daily sales tasks, assist in the onboarding of ISO partners, and ensure effective communication with partners regarding deal progress.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily sales and partner support for the ISO Partner Manager teams, including contract management and document review
• Assist in the ISO onboarding process and field inbound partner inquiries to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain partner records in Salesforce and communicate promptly with partners about the status of deals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
• 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team or B2B sales, preferably in the financial services sector
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly preferred
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
