Job Summary
Supporting the Channel Sales department, the full-time remote Partner Support Associate will manage daily sales and partner support tasks, assist in the ISO onboarding process, and facilitate communication between the Channel Sales team and ISO/MRP partners.
Key responsibilities
- Provide daily sales and partner support for ISO Partner Manager teams, including contract management and pipeline updates
- Assist in the ISO onboarding process by vetting potential partners and collecting required documents
- Maintain partner records in Salesforce and ensure timely communication regarding deal progress and underwriting policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience supporting a sales team or in B2B sales, preferably in the MCA or financial services sector
- Experience with Salesforce CRM highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proactive approach to relationship building
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
