Job Summary
Providing world-class support to real estate professionals, the full-time remote Partner Support Consultant will troubleshoot technical issues, handle billing inquiries, and educate partners on Zillow's products and services through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of partner accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and support
- Resolve inquiries and issues on the first contact while anticipating customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an exceptional standard of service and support
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Experience managing high volumes of customer interactions across multiple channels
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work from home in a designated private space with reliable internet access
