Job Summary
Working full-time in Calabasas, CA, the Partner Support Representative will manage agent partner servicing requests, troubleshoot inquiries, and maintain CRM records to ensure high-quality support for strategic partners.
Key responsibilities
- Process agent partner servicing requests and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolutions
- Document activities in the CRM to ensure data quality and visibility for the RM/BD team
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in payments operations, partner relations, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Extensive knowledge of TSYS/PPM/CBO/Fiserv
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and confirm data accuracy
