Job Summary
To support a leading AI technology client, the fully remote Partner Support Specialist will resolve escalated partner issues, manage the day-to-day support queue, and identify opportunities for operational improvements within a 12-month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve escalated partner issues related to onboarding, portal access, and program mechanics while maintaining service levels
- Own the support queue, triaging unresolved issues and routing them to appropriate internal teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the feedback loop between support activities and operational improvements
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B support, partner operations, or similar operational roles
- Proven ability to manage a support queue and meet service-level expectations
- Strong pattern recognition skills with a curiosity for identifying recurring issues
- Experience in maintaining professionalism in communication with partners, especially in sensitive situations
- Interest in AI-native support models and improving operational processes
