Partner Support Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Partner Support Specialist will act as a liaison between real estate professionals and customers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality real estate valuation services while managing order assignments and fostering vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between partners and customers to facilitate communication and service delivery
• Assign orders to real estate professionals and negotiate fees and contracts to meet service level expectations
• Monitor order progress, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate records with detailed notes

Required qualifications

• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong computer proficiency with various programs and Internet applications
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Effective communication skills across multiple channels
