Job Summary

Working remotely and supporting the Claude Partner Network, the full-time Partner Support Specialist will resolve escalated partner issues, manage support queues, and enhance self-service resources over a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve escalated partner issues related to onboarding, portal access, and incentive claims
  • Manage and triage the partner support queue, routing issues to appropriate teams
  • Identify recurring support trends and recommend automation or self-service improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B support, partner operations, or program operations
  • Experience managing support queues and meeting service-level expectations
  • Ability to identify patterns, investigate root causes, and drive process improvements
  • Professional, customer-focused approach when handling escalations
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-driven support environment
