Assisting 1099 service partners with onboarding and account management, the full-time Partner Support Specialist will monitor service dashboards, respond to inquiries, and provide proactive support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist 1099 service partners with onboarding and account management
  • Monitor service dashboards and proactively reach out for real-time support
  • Respond to delivery partner inquiries via phone, email, and text
Required qualifications
  • Undergraduate or equivalent degree preferred
  • Strong critical thinking skills to resolve potentially difficult situations
  • Ability to learn web-based user support applications quickly
  • Dependable and punctual with time management skills
  • High level of comfort with smartphone applications (iOS and Android)
