Job Summary
Assisting 1099 service partners with onboarding and account management, the full-time Partner Support Specialist will monitor service dashboards, respond to inquiries, and provide proactive support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist 1099 service partners with onboarding and account management
- Monitor service dashboards and proactively reach out for real-time support
- Respond to delivery partner inquiries via phone, email, and text
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate or equivalent degree preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills to resolve potentially difficult situations
- Ability to learn web-based user support applications quickly
- Dependable and punctual with time management skills
- High level of comfort with smartphone applications (iOS and Android)
