Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Partner Support Specialist will liaise with real estate professionals to ensure timely delivery of high-quality valuation services, manage order assignments, and foster positive vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between partners and customers, ensuring effective communication
• Assign orders to real estate professionals while negotiating fees and contracts
• Follow up on orders to ensure customer milestones are met and deliveries are timely

Required qualifications

• Real estate industry experience is a plus
• Strong computer proficiency with various programs and Internet applications
• Ability to work additional scheduled hours when needed
• Demonstrates a positive, friendly, and optimistic manner
