- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues within 24 hours
- Collaborate with Product Engineering department on escalated cases
Required Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- 1 year of client-facing support experience
- 1 year of experience with web-based applications
- 1 year of experience in a professional services or client services role
