  • Collaborate with Product Engineering department on escalated cases
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate degree
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
  • 1 year of client-facing support experience
  • 1 year of experience with web-based applications
  • 1 year of experience in a professional services or client services role
