Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Technical Advisor to drive successful partner-led implementations and customer retention in the Customer Experience portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a regional portfolio of customers, ensuring full adoption and sustained value realization while mitigating churn risks
- Establish technical standards and best practices for partner-led engagements, creating a consistent experience
- Collaborate with partners to identify risks and provide actionable feedback for remediation and operational support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of project engineering or technical experience with Customer Experience solutions
- At least 5 years of customer-facing experience
- Experience in a CX Practice at a Systems Integrator partner or equivalent environment
- Proven experience deploying complex CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of CCaaS, Virtual Agent technologies, and CRM integrations
