Job Summary

Driving partner-led implementations and ensuring customer retention, the full-time remote Partner Technical Advisor will manage a portfolio of complex CX deployments, establish technical standards, and support partners with operational challenges while collaborating across teams to enhance Zoom's Customer Experience solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a regional portfolio of customers, ensuring full adoption and mitigating churn risks through proactive engagement
  • Establish and share best practices for partner-led CX implementations, enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Support partners with operational challenges and collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve product offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of project engineering or technical experience with Customer Experience solutions
  • At least 5 years of customer-facing experience, preferably within a CX Practice at a Systems Integrator
  • Proven experience deploying complex CCaaS solutions for enterprise customers
  • Strong knowledge of CCaaS, Virtual Agent technologies, and CRM integrations
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in managing large portfolios of enterprise customers
