Partner Technical Enablement Lead

Job Summary

As the Partner Technical Enablement Lead for Workday Wellness, this full-time remote position will manage the technical journey for Wellness Partners, ensuring they understand Workday HCM/Benefits functionality and are equipped for successful product deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Wellness Partner Platform Adoption Program by facilitating technical onboarding sessions and validating integration capabilities
• Build and maintain learning resources and a solution quality certification program to enhance partner offerings
• Equip partners with technical expertise and frameworks for customer deployments, including coaching on best practices and managing project plans

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical partner enablement, solution architecture, or enterprise SaaS deployment for Principal level; 4+ years for Senior level
• Strong hands-on experience with API-based technologies (REST/SOAP, JSON/XML) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise SaaS or ERP ecosystems, specifically within HCM and Benefit Administration domains
