Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical enablement strategy for channel partners, creating structured plans to enhance partner capabilities
• Develop partner SEs and architects to independently conduct technical discovery and customer-facing presentations
• Build trusted relationships with partner technical leadership and influence their technical strategy aligned with NetApp's offerings

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure technologies
• 5+ years of experience enabling channel partners in a technical capacity
• Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and their operational practices
• Proven ability to influence senior technical stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking skills for developing and executing enablement plans
