Partner Value Solution Engineer

Job Summary

To empower a partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Value Solution Engineer will serve as a technical advisor, guiding partners in effectively selling and delivering AI-driven solutions while managing partner readiness across NiCE's AI portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with partners to map customer requirements to NiCE's solutions
• Build and deliver technical enablement programs for partner solution engineers and architects
• Own the end-to-end technical relationship with key partners, managing integration patterns and escalation paths

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in CX/contact center environments
• The ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases and success criteria
• Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, and responsible AI principles
• Experience supporting AI proofs of value (PoVs), pilots, or customer validation motions
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and technical architecture for partner solutions
