Partner Value Solution Engineer
Job Summary
Empowering NiCE's partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Partner Value Solution Engineer will serve as a technical advisor, guiding partners in effectively selling and delivering NiCE solutions while focusing on AI capabilities and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery engagements with partners to map customer requirements to joint solutions and NiCE's capabilities
- Build and deliver technical enablement programs for partner solution engineers and architects to enhance their effectiveness
- Manage the end-to-end technical relationship with key partners, ensuring integration patterns and quality standards are met
Required Qualifications
- Experience with AI, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent assist, or automation in CX/contact center environments
- Ability to translate business outcomes into AI use cases and success criteria
- Working knowledge of LLMs, generative AI, AI orchestration, and responsible AI principles
- Experience supporting AI proof-of-value (PoV) projects, pilots, or customer validation motions
- Familiarity with architectural oversight and technical deliverability in complex deployments
