Partnership and Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership and Contracts Manager II to support the site selection team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the due diligence process for new lease opportunities and lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Support lease negotiation by tracking components and coordinating sessions to resolve issues
• Prepare and maintain reports and documentation for diligence activities and present findings to project leads

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of experience in site selection, construction management, or property diligence
• Strong understanding of real estate due diligence and lease negotiation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
