Key Responsibilities

• Support contract management functions, including drafting, negotiation, and maintaining contracts
• Ensure signed contracts are complete and communicated to relevant parties, optimizing the contract process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve contract strategies and resolve business and legal issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supply chain operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Experience in infrastructure portfolio management or construction industry
• Familiarity with contract management software and corporate policy compliance
• Experience in a cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders
