Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Partnership Development Associate will identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with strategic partners, ensuring a smooth partnership experience through effective communication and coordination with Growth and Partnerships leads.

Key responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with prospective and existing partners via email and calls, representing the company professionally
  • Guide partners through the partnership evaluation and onboarding process while managing active relationships
  • Support the partnership pipeline by coordinating efforts with Growth and Partnerships leads and improving communication processes
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in client-facing, partnerships, account management, or communication-heavy roles
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
  • High ownership mindset with a strong interest in startups, branding, or technology
