Job Summary

To support a growing investment model, the full-time remote Partnership Executive will manage sales and business development by prospecting, pitching, and closing new partner relationships while evolving into an advisory role for high-performing entrepreneurs.

Key responsibilities
  • Prospect and close new partner relationships through structured sales conversations and outreach
  • Guide high-earning real estate professionals in evaluating the investment model and drive accountability in strategy meetings
  • Develop a consulting portfolio and potentially lead a division, mentoring other Partnership Executives
Required qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services, B2B, insurance, or real estate
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Ability to engage in sophisticated conversations with high-income entrepreneurs
  • Strong self-direction and discipline, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Authentic personality with a commitment to client success and team collaboration
