Partnership Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership Implementation Specialist to manage onboarding, implementation, and program success.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the implementation process from contracting to program launch, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely execution
• Act as the primary coordination point across Affinity and Carrier teams, managing dependencies and priorities to keep implementations on track
• Monitor implementation progress and performance, providing status updates and documentation to appropriate leaders

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or a related role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure complex processes into clear project plans
• Experience in supporting high-impact projects with a focus on execution and measurable results
• Proficiency in core tools such as Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex ecosystems and build trust across cross-functional teams
