Partnership Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partnership Manager - Transportation & Logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and vet logistics carriers while maintaining sourcing protocols and a central carrier database
• Manage carrier relationships, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews
• Analyze operational data to optimize logistics network efficiency and support market growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, operations, or business development, with 3 years managing carrier relationships
• Experience in moving, delivery, or last-mile logistics preferred
• Proven track record of scaling operations or partnerships in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (MBA a plus)
• Familiarity with logistics tools such as Onfleet, Front, Looker, and Google Workspace preferred
